Today European Tour declares its 2021 schedule, it will consist of 42 competitions, which will take place in 24 countries.
The schedule will start in January and will conclude in November. The 2021 calendar also included 18 previous year tournaments that were canceled or postponed due to coronavirus pandemic.
During the 2021 season, Rolex Series is a headlined event that includes four premium European Tour events, which are spread over key points in the global golf schedule. Each event will be enhanced through an increase in prize money, increased Race to Dubai points, and enriched media, content, and broadcast coverage.
The Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship will start from 21-24 January, the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open will happen from 8-11 July, and the BMW PGA Championship will commence from 9-12 September. Every tournament prize money is US$ 8million with a $1 million increment, Also they have received 8000 Race to Dubai points, the same as the points of the four World Golf Championships.
