The Workday Charity Open is a new tournament on the PGA Tour 2020. It would be played as a sole replacement for the John Deere Classic which was canceled because of coronavirus pandemic. The event will take place at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio from 9-12 July 2020, another event the Memorial Tournament will also play at the same venue after one week. Due to ongoing pandemic, fans will not be allowed to watch Workday Charity Open 2020 live stream at the Stadium.
The tournament field features 156 players and $6.2 million prize money, The tournament includes Thursday-Friday afternoon coverage and early Saturday-Sunday coverage which will be live broadcast on NBC Golf.
The PGA Tour Chief Tournament & Competitions Officer Andy Pazder said that we are very happy to partner with Workday and Muirfield Village Golf Club to present this new event as we continue our efforts to return to golf.

Charity will be an important facet of the new tournament as Workday provides $ 1 million to the Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
