The 2024 Charles Schwab Challenge is the world's biggest PGA Tour golf tournament, and it is the final U.S.-based PGA Tour Champions. In this competition, the aged 50 golf players or above are going to battle. Every year this tournament was played in late October or at start of the November, but this season the event will commence from 23 - 26 May 2024 at Fort Worth, Texas at Colonial Country Club. The Charles Schwab Challenge 2024 is equal to the PGA Tour, and previously it was called the Senior Tour Championship. This tournament field is small and not halfway cut like the Tour Championship.
In 2015, the best thirty cash victors created the field. In this competition, thirty-six players have played since 2016, and the competition is the last phase of a three-event playoff alike that is utilized by the standard PGA Tour for its FedEx Cup. The Charles Schwab Cup Championship was the only event that consists of more than four rounds. It came back to being held more than three rounds in 2016 and 2017. The tournament prize money was $2,500,000 in 2013 and the winner’s share was $440,000.
