Bank of Hope Founders Cup Golf Stream

The Bank of Hope Founders Cup 2019 is a ladies LPGA Tour golf event which will start from 21st March to 24th March 2019. In 2011 it first appeared at the Wildfire Golf Club at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort, Spa and Karrie Webb won this event title. Basically, this event is designed as an honor to the organizers of the LPGA.

The JTBC is the current title sponsor of this tournament, JTBC is a South Korean countrywide wide-ranging cable TV network and telecasting company. First time in the LPGA history this event used a different set-up in 2011, the golfers didn’t get money but donated half of the $1 million prize money to the charity organization and the half to the single charities selected by the top ten players. The event increased from 3-4 days in 2012, and the real prize money was instituted.

Bank of Hope Founders Cup 2019 format

In this competition, all golfers will play in a 72-hole stroke play format for the prize money of $1.5 million.
