The Oman Open 2019 is a European Tour golf event will play at the Al Mouj Golf in Muscat, Oman. The Oman Open 2019 will commence from 28 February to 3rd March 2019. The Oman Open is one of the 5 European Tour tournaments which played in the Arabian Peninsula.
In this competition, the defending champion Joost Luiten, Chris Wood and Bernd Wiesberger will come together in one place to compete for US$1.75mn prize money. Other former Ryder Cup players include Darren Clarke, Paul Lawrie, Jamie Donaldson, Stephen Gallacher, Andy Sullivan, Victor Dubuisson, David Howell, Nicolas Colsaerts, Edoardo Molinari, Peter Hanson, and Robert Karlsson.
In 2012 the course at Al Mouj was opened, and it was designed by two-time champion Greg Norman.
